As a focus facility in the Township, Essar proposed to build a 500-Seater Auditorium – at the South-West corner of the Academic Zone of the Township. By virtue of its Typology, its location within the Township and its presence – its first purpose is to be established as a Premier Public Building within the mini-city – as an Iconic Symbol of Public Gathering and Community Living.

Flanked by a paved Plaza, the Amphitheatre and the Arts Center of the School Campus, this triumvirate forms the Performing Arts & Fine Arts Hub of the Town.

Seen as it will be : as an Iconic focus of the Town – this facility is set-up and established to the very highest standards.
